Managing what you’ve shared with the community is now a lot faster — Explore lets you filter down to your own automations or any other author’s with a couple of clicks, and each of your own rows now has an unpublish action right there in the list.

Highlights

1) Filter Explore to Your Own Automations

Type @me anywhere in Explore’s search box and the list narrows down to automations you’ve published yourself, so you don’t have to scroll past the rest of the community feed to find your own work. Combine it with a search term — sheets @me — to search within just your own results. A Mine chip appears below the search box while the filter is active; click its × to clear it.

2) Filter Explore by Any Author

Found something useful from another automator? Click their name on any result and Explore filters down to everything else they’ve published, the same way @me does for you. A By <name> chip shows which author you’re viewing — clear it the same way to get back to the full feed.

3) Unpublish Without Leaving Explore

Each result now has a ⋮ menu next to it. Automations you own get an Unpublish option there in addition to Import — select it, confirm the prompt, and the automation is unpublished immediately, without opening the automation editor or its Publish panel. It disappears from Explore right away, and your local copy stays exactly where it was in your automations list.

Why This Matters

Before this update, checking what you’d published — or taking something down — meant opening each automation individually and finding the Publish panel. Now it’s a couple of clicks from Explore itself: type @me, then unpublish whatever you no longer want public. And when someone else’s automation catches your eye, one click shows you the rest of their work too.
